1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or requesting a 24-hour test pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using our service.
2. Subscription & Connection Policy
Subscriptions are allocated based on active simultaneous connection allowances:
- Basic Plan (6 Months): 1 active simultaneous stream.
- Silver Plan (12 Months): 2 active simultaneous streams.
- Golden Plan (24 Months): 3 active simultaneous streams.
- Diamond Plan (60 Months): 5 active simultaneous streams.
Exceeding the permitted number of simultaneous streams may result in temporary account lockout by our server firewall.
3. Service Quality & Internet Requirements
While Maxx Tv deploys Anti-Freeze 9.3 and dedicated CDN nodes, high-definition streaming depends upon your local internet speed and ISP routing. A minimum stable connection speed of 15 Mbps for FHD and 25 Mbps for 4K UHD is recommended.
